Terms of Service

By using AIClothSwap you accept these terms. Adults only. Questions go to support@aiclothswap.net.

The service

AIClothSwap lets an adult upload one photo of a person plus garment images or a text description and receive a generated image of that person in different clothes. Modes are swap, generate and recolor. Results can vary. We do not promise that a face, pattern or fit will be perfectly preserved. The service is not a tailor, a size recommendation, or a professional photo studio. It runs in the browser. We do not offer a mobile app in this version.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must be an adult. You may upload a photo of yourself or of another adult who has consented. You may not upload minors. You may not request undressing, nudity, or sexualized edits. Those requests are blocked. You are responsible for having the rights to the photos you upload. Details sit in the content policy.

Credits and plans

There is no monthly plan and no yearly plan. Credits are sold as one-time packs, and purchased credits do not expire. The packs are 960 credits for $7.99, 2400 for $19.99, 4800 for $39.99, and 9600 for $79.99. The credit count and price shown at checkout are the terms of that purchase. Signed-in people can claim 10 silver credits a day. Unused silver credits reset at midnight US Pacific time and can only pay for fast preview. Logged-out visitors cannot generate. Fast preview is watermarked until the account buys a credit pack. After that, fast preview, HD, and whole-outfit results are not watermarked. Failed generations refund the credits used for that job.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you already had in photos you upload. You give us a limited permission to process those photos to provide the service, store them for 30 days, and delete them on that schedule. Results are kept 30 days and then deleted. You are responsible for how you publish a result, including labeling it as edited where that is required. We do not claim ownership of your face.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or a particular visual accuracy. Nothing here limits rights that a statute says cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Material changes to paid credit packs are posted on this page.
