Refund Policy

This page explains how failed generations and one-time credit packs are handled. Write to support@aiclothswap.net about a charge.

Failed generations

If a paid generation fails on our side, the credits charged for that job are returned to the same credit balance. You do not need to ask for that return. It is part of the job flow. A result you simply dislike, while the job succeeded, is not a failed generation. Previews are pictures, not a promise of fit or perfect likeness.

No subscription

There is no monthly plan and no yearly plan, so there is no renewal to cancel. If a statute where you live grants a cooling-off period, that statute controls.

Credit packs

Packs are one-time purchases. Purchased credits do not expire. The prices now are 960 credits for $7.99, 2400 for $19.99, 4800 for $39.99, and 9600 for $79.99. Credits already spent on successful generations are not refunded. Say so in your email if you believe a charge was duplicated, and include the time of each charge.

How to ask

Email support@aiclothswap.net from the account address. Include the date, the amount, and the pack name as shown at checkout. We will reply with the status of the request.
