What we collect

When you create an account we collect an email address and the credentials needed to sign you in. When you generate an image we collect the photo you upload, garment images, the text you type, and the result. We also store technical records needed to run the service: a network address used for the daily claim limit, approximate time, and payment status supplied by the payment provider. We do not ask you to put a legal name on a picture.

Why we use it

Photos and prompts are used to produce the image you requested, to prevent abuse, and to show you your recent results. Account data is used to sign you in, to apply credits, and to answer support mail. Payment data is handled by the payment provider. We do not sell your photos. We do not place third-party ads on the product. We do not use your uploads to build a public gallery.

How long we keep it

Uploads are private and deleted automatically after 30 days. Results are kept for 30 days and then deleted. Account and transaction records may be kept longer where tax or accounting rules require it. You can email support@aiclothswap.net to ask about deletion sooner.

Processors

To generate an image, the content is sent to the image processor needed to produce the result. Payments are sent to the payment provider.

Your requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain uses. Email support@aiclothswap.net with the address on your account. We will explain any limit the law imposes.

Children

The service is for adults. Do not upload photos of minors. If we learn that a child's photo was uploaded, we will delete it and may close the account. Report that situation to support@aiclothswap.net.
